We commission designing of injection moulds to renowned, professional design companies with 20 or 30 years of experience in the field. The latest computer technologies are used: Pro-E, Solidwork, CAD/CAM MasterCam. For most mould constructions we use standardized mould elements, ready-made bodies, date stamps and markers of such well-known companies as: HASCO, STRACK, DME, and FCPK BYTÓW. Production of mould parts (cores, punches, inserts, male moulds, etc.) is done in professional tool houses, with use of modern CNC machines. Final assembly, including final grinding and polishing is performed in our tool room.

In this way we are able to cut costs.
